Our Alloys
Geronimo Alloys manufactures parts from a wide variety of generic equivalent to trademarked alloys, as well as stainless steel. Being able to provide our customers with these types of cost effective equivalent alloys, combined with efficient manufacturing times, creates a competitive advantage for our customers and their processes. Although we do not cast components using trademarked alloys, we have purchased trademarked alloy bar stock for some applications. So, if you are looking for a more cost-effective alternative to trademarked materials such as Stellite (with registered trademark symbol), Incoloy® , or Nitronic® alloys for replacement parts, we will manufacture parts according to your required base material. Cobalt-based, nickel-based, stainless, and duplex alloys is our specialty. Our years of experience in casting and machining these alloys into the highest quality parts has been our specialty for over 40 years. We do not PURCHASE or SELL any alloys produced by Kennametal, Inc. and do not use their trademark names.
Cobalt-Based Alloys
Geronimo Alloy’s has established itself as a premier manufacturer of cobalt-based alloys. Throughout our years of experience, we have evolved into becoming very proficient in manufacturing components that few others will even attempt. In manufacturing these types of alloys, including, the generic equivalent to Stellite® (a registered trademark of Kennametal Inc.), which is within the family of cobalt alloys, we have built a reputation for manufacturing parts of the highest quality. We do not cast products using any trademarked named alloys, but have purchased, on occasion, trademarked alloys in bar stock, for some applications.
Many cobalt-based alloys have identifying UNS (Unified Numbering System) numbers, which are also assigned to the equivalent trademarked alloy.
Nickel-Based Alloys
In addition to the cobalt alloy based components, we have enjoyed a long, successful history of designing and manufacturing components and parts from many of the nickel-based alloys. As with the cobalt-based alloys, we utilize nickel-based alloys that are equivalent to Inconel® alloys, as well as, Monel® alloys.
Inconel® Equivalent Alloys
We have enjoyed a long and successful history in casting and machining custom components and parts by using many nickel-based alloys within this family, equivalent to Inconel 625® and 600 (CY-40). Inconel® is a registered trademark. We do not cast components and/or parts using any trademarked named alloys, nor do we use their respective trademark names, but have purchased trademarked alloys in bar stock for some applications.
Monel® Equivalent Alloys
We have enjoyed a long and successful history in casting and machining custom components and parts by using many nickel-based alloys within this family, equivalent to Monel 400® and Monel K500®. Monel® is a registered trademark name. We do not cast components and/or parts using any trademarked named alloys, nor do we use their respective trademark names, but have purchased trademarked alloys in bar stock for some applications.
Hastelloy® Equivalent Alloys
We have enjoyed a long and successful history in casting and machining custom components and parts by using many nickel-based alloys within this family, similar to Hastelloy B®, Hastelloy C®, Hastelloy D®, and Hastelloy G®. Hastelloy® is a registered trademark name. We do not cast components and/or parts using any trademarked named alloys, nor do we use their respective trademark names, but have purchased trademarked alloys in bar stock for some applications.
Stainless Alloys
Along with our expertise in manufacturing components and parts from cobalt-based and nickel-based alloys, we have also attained an enhanced level of proficiency within the family of stainless steels, including, but not limited to, 300 series, 400 series, and Duplex® series alloys.
300 Series Stainless Steels
Geronimo Alloys has a long and successful history of custom-machining parts out of many alloys in the 300 series stainless steel family such as 303, 304, 309, 310, 316, 317, 329, and 330. > change to > Geronimo Alloys has a long history of casting and custom-machining parts out of many alloys in the 300 series stainless steel family such as 303, 304, 309, 310, 316, 317, 329, and 330.
